Week two

Second week was a big one. I’m still implementing boring stuff and coding complicated things like AI and pathfinding. My Friday was spent mostly refactoring complex systems and putting more work into the core game.

I did not find the time to implement more behaviors yet so I am stuck with a bunch of dummies walking around.

Next week should be spent working on the following;

  • Cleaning up some more
  • Make AI intelligent enough to find an harvester and start gathering
  • Make sure gamepad code is up to date
  • Start planning network play
  • Refactor my UI system
